About PP Foundation

Global Vision, Local Transformation.

Institutional Architecture in Consolidation

PP Foundation is incorporated in the State of Florida, United States, and is currently advancing the formal certification process as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3). In parallel, we are in the registration and legal incorporation phase of our implementing entity within Venezuela, Fundación Proyecto Piloto.

This developing binational structure has a clear purpose: to establish from our inception an operating model that guarantees maximum fiduciary soundness, full traceability of resources, and unrestricted compliance with the regulatory frameworks required by international cooperation. While we formalize our legal architecture, we implement our programs under the highest standards of governance, transparency, and accountability.

Our Mission

To lead the design and implementation of comprehensive humanitarian programs for people and communities in situations of vulnerability, grounded in scientific evidence and international standards for human rights and sustainable development.

Our impact focuses on strengthening local capacities and fostering comprehensive human development across public health, education, and social inclusion. We operate under a universal access model that removes structural barriers and stigma, placing human dignity at the core of our actions and empowering people as the agents of their own well-being.

Vision 2029

"PP Foundation will have established itself as the leading humanitarian organization in Venezuela and Latin America, recognized for the methodological rigor of its interventions, the strength of its governance, and the verifiable traceability of its results against the most demanding standards of international cooperation. Our model —evidence-based, centered on human dignity, and oriented toward sustainable development— will be replicable, scalable, and recognized as a technical benchmark in the design and implementation of programs for populations in situations of vulnerability."

Institutional Values

Intersectionality

We recognize that human realities are multiple and simultaneous. We understand that gender, sexual orientation, identity, health status, and socioeconomic context intersect. Therefore, we design comprehensive interventions that respond to the complexity of each individual, ensuring that no one is left behind.

Mutual Respect and Dignity

Dignified treatment is our non-negotiable guiding principle. We operate in spaces absolutely free of stigma and discrimination. Every person who interacts with our programs receives the highest standard of human and professional consideration.

Transparency and Accountability

We guarantee that every decision, resource, and result is traceable and verifiable. We maintain an institutional governance and internal control ecosystem aligned with international standards, ensuring the trust of our partners, donors, and the communities we serve.

Solidarity

We understand that individual well-being is inseparable from collective well-being. We act under the conviction that guaranteeing access to health and defending the rights of one person strengthens the social fabric and resilience of their entire community.

Interdependence and Collaborative Work

We know that sustainable impact requires an ecosystem of alliances. We build and nurture strategic relationships with multilateral organizations, civil society, and community leaderships, recognizing that the transformation of public health is a shared responsibility among all social actors.

Evidence-Based Action

We do not act out of inertia; we act for impact. Each of our operational and clinical interventions is grounded in epidemiological data, current science, and ongoing analysis of results. Evidence guides our programmatic design.

Confidentiality and Bioethics

Protecting the right to privacy is an unwavering mandate. We apply strict security and bioethics protocols to safeguard the clinical history and personal data of our beneficiaries, ensuring environments of total trust and confidentiality.

Aligned with the SDGs

We work within the United Nations 2030 Agenda framework: Good Health and Well-being, Reduced Inequalities, Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and Partnerships for the Goals.
